⚠️ World Cup Edition products are FINAL SALE. These products are not eligible for returns, refunds, size exchanges, store credit, or coupon credit.

A replacement will only be considered if there is:

• ✅ A verified mistake by Gothic Toons, or

• ✅ A genuine manufacturing defect.

Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:

1. Incorrect Size Delivered by Gothic Toons

Example: You ordered Size S but received Size M.

2. Incorrect Product or Design Delivered by Gothic Toons

Example: You ordered Portugal but received Brazil.

3. Verified Manufacturing Defect

This includes genuine production defects such as:

• Major print damage.

• Stitching defects.

• Product damage present before use.

Replacement will NOT be accepted for:

• ❌ Size or fit-related issues.

• ❌ Ordering the wrong size.

• ❌ Wanting a larger or smaller size after delivery.

• ❌ Disliking the fit, print, colour, fabric feel, or overall appearance.

• ❌ Minor variations in colour, shade, print placement, wash effect, or finishing.

• ❌ Differences caused by photography, lighting, or individual screen/display settings.

• ❌ Change of mind after purchase.

• ❌ Selecting the wrong country, team, or design.

• ❌ Products that have been used, washed, worn, stained, perfumed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

• The product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

• Due to photography, lighting conditions, screen/display settings, and the garment manufacturing process, the actual product's colour, shade, print placement, wash effect, and minor design details may vary slightly from the images shown.

• Such variations are normal, do not affect the quality or authenticity of the product, and will not be considered manufacturing defects or valid grounds for replacement, return, refund, or exchange.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these possible variations.

Proof Required

All replacement requests must be supported with clear photos and/or videos and are subject to verification and approval by Gothic Toons.

💳 Partial COD Policy

⚠️ The Partial COD advance payment is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

The advance amount will not be refunded in cases including, but not limited to:

• ❌ Order cancellation after placing the order.

• ❌ Refusal to accept the delivery.

• ❌ Failure to receive the shipment.

• ❌ Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

• ❌ Change of mind after purchase.

• ❌ Request for size change, design change, or product exchange.

The Partial COD fee is collected to cover operational, packaging, payment gateway, and courier costs incurred in processing your order.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time: 24–48 working hours.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days.

⚠️ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Heavy rainfall or adverse weather conditions.

• Public holidays.

• Road restrictions or local disruptions.

• High courier volumes.

• Serviceability limitations in certain pin codes.

• Other courier-side operational delays.

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, Gothic Toons does not have direct control over the exact delivery timeline, route movement, pickup schedules, or last-mile delivery process.

However, we will always do our best to assist with shipment tracking and coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.

Customers are requested to:

• ✅ Regularly track their shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

• ✅ Keep their phone reachable for courier calls and delivery updates.

• ✅ Ensure the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
