WORLD CUP EDITION — EXCHANGE POLICY

Our World Cup Edition is a limited supporter-wear drop. Since each design is produced in limited quantities and size availability may change quickly, exchanges will be processed only as per the conditions below.

Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:

The product does not fit and you need a different size
You received the wrong size
You received the wrong product
The product is defective
The product or shipping package was damaged during delivery
Parts of the product or accessories are missing, if applicable

Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet all the conditions below:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Original brand tags and packaging must be intact
The product must be free from stains, perfume, body odour, dents, scratches, tears, or any signs of use
The exchange request must be raised against the same order under which the product was purchased
The product must be in saleable condition
If purchased as part of a set or bundle, the complete set must be returned together

Logistics / Shipping Charges
For size or fit-related exchanges, a reverse pickup and reshipping charge will be applicable.

The exchange logistics charge may range between ₹300 to ₹500, depending on the customer’s delivery pincode and courier availability.

This charge covers reverse pickup, handling, and dispatch of the replacement product.

If the wrong product, wrong size, or defective item was delivered due to an error from our side, the exchange shipping charge will not be applicable after verification.

Important Notes

Exchange is allowed only for a different size or correction of a wrongly delivered product
Only one exchange is allowed per order
Refunds are not issued for World Cup Edition products
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternate size/design, subject to availability
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions
Products that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange

Customized Products
Any World Cup Edition product customized with a name, number, initials, or any personalized print cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a confirmed printing mistake from our side.

Non-Exchangeable Products
Products sold under Gothic Gamble, Surprise Tee, mystery deals, clearance sale, or final sale categories are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
