🔁 Exchange / Return Policy

You may initiate an exchange request for a product within 3 days of delivery if any of the following conditions are met:

• You received the wrong size.

• You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong T-shirt).

• The product does not fit.

• Both the product and the shipping package have been damaged.

• The product is defective.

• Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

📦 Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.

• The original brand tags, packaging materials, and accompanying accessories are intact, undamaged, and not discarded.

• The product has not been altered, unless due to a proven manufacturing defect.

• The exchange request is initiated against the same order under which the product was originally purchased and matches our records.

• The product is free from foul odors, stains, perfumes, dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage.

• If the product was purchased as part of a set, it must be returned/exchanged as a complete set.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

• We must be reasonably satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unsellable after delivery.

🔁 Important Exchange Information

• Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • A different size.

  • A wrongly delivered product (such as the wrong size or wrong T-shirt).

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Refunds are not provided. If your request is approved, you will receive a replacement product.

• We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
