# CLEARANCE SALE POLICY

⚠️ All products purchased during the Gothic Toons Clearance Sale are sold on a **FINAL SALE basis**.
Clearance Sale products are strictly not eligible for:
❌ Returns
❌ Refunds
❌ Size exchanges
❌ Product or design exchanges
❌ Store credit
❌ Coupon credit
❌ Price adjustments after purchase
Customers are requested to carefully confirm the **product, design, colour, size, delivery address, and contact details** before placing the order.
Once an order has been confirmed or payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

## Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will only be considered in the following cases:
✅ An incorrect size was delivered by Gothic Toons.
Example: You ordered Size S but received Size M.
✅ An incorrect product or design was delivered by Gothic Toons.
Example: You ordered Portugal but received Brazil.
✅ The product has a genuine manufacturing defect that was present before use.
Manufacturing defects may include:
* Major print damage
* Significant stitching defects
* Product damage present before use
A replacement does not mean that the customer may select a different size, product, colour, country, team, or design.
Any approved replacement will be limited to the **same product and size originally ordered**, subject to stock availability. If the exact product is unavailable, Gothic Toons will determine the appropriate resolution.

## Replacement Will Not Be Accepted For
❌ Size or fit-related concerns
❌ Ordering the wrong size
❌ Wanting a larger or smaller size after delivery
❌ Selecting the wrong product, design, country, or team
❌ Disliking the fit, print, colour, fabric feel, or appearance
❌ Minor colour differences caused by screen or display settings
❌ Change of mind after placing or receiving the order
❌ Finding the product at a different price later
❌ Products that have been worn, washed, used, stained, perfumed, altered, stretched, ironed, or damaged after delivery
❌ Damage caused by incorrect washing, handling, storage, or usage

## Proof and Reporting Requirements
All replacement requests must be reported within **24 hours of delivery**.
The customer must provide:
✅ A clear, continuous package-opening video
✅ Clear photographs and videos showing the issue
✅ The original packaging, tags, and invoice
✅ The order number and registered contact details
Requests submitted without sufficient proof, after the reporting period, or after the product has been used or washed will not be accepted.
All requests are subject to verification and approval by Gothic Toons. Gothic Toons reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy requirements.

## Clearance Pricing
Clearance Sale prices apply only during the specified sale period and while stocks last.
Once an order is placed:
❌ No additional discount can be applied retrospectively
❌ No refund will be given if the price is reduced further
❌ No price difference will be refunded
❌ No offer, coupon, or discount can be added after confirmation

## Shipping Charges
⚠️ Delivery and shipping charges are **not included** in the Clearance Sale product price.
Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated separately, depending on the delivery location and order requirements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed, dispatched, or a delivery attempt has been made.
If a replacement is approved because of a verified mistake by Gothic Toons or a genuine manufacturing defect, Gothic Toons will determine the replacement shipping arrangement.

## Partial COD and Advance Payment
Where Partial COD is available, the advance payment collected is strictly **non-refundable**.
The advance amount will not be refunded in cases including:
❌ Order cancellation after confirmation
❌ Refusal to accept delivery
❌ Failure to receive the shipment
❌ Incorrect or incomplete address details
❌ Incorrect contact information
❌ Change of mind
❌ Size, product, or design change requests
❌ Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
The advance amount is collected towards order processing, packaging, operational, and courier-related costs.

## Shipping and Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally processed within **24–48 working hours**.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:
**Metro Cities:** 3–4 business days
**Other Locations:** 4–7 business days
These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
* Heavy rainfall or adverse weather
* Public holidays
* Road restrictions or local disruptions
* High courier volumes
* Remote-area serviceability
* Incorrect address or contact details
* Operational delays from the courier partner
* Events beyond the control of Gothic Toons
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, Gothic Toons does not have direct control over the exact delivery date, route movement, delivery attempts, or last-mile delivery process.
However, we will always assist with tracking and coordinate with the courier partner wherever reasonably possible.

## Failed or Refused Deliveries
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and keep their registered phone number reachable.
If an order is returned because of:
❌ Refusal to accept the package
❌ Customer unavailability
❌ Incorrect or incomplete address
❌ Incorrect phone number
❌ Failure to respond to courier calls
❌ Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
The original shipping charges and Partial COD advance will not be refunded.
Any re-shipping request will be subject to product availability and the customer will be required to pay the applicable re-shipping charges in advance.

By placing an order during the Gothic Toons Clearance Sale, the customer confirms that they have:

✅ Reviewed the size guide before ordering
✅ Provided accurate delivery and contact information
✅ Understood that shipping charges are additional
✅ Read and accepted the Final Sale and Clearance Sale Policy
Proceeding with the order will be treated as acceptance of all the terms stated above.
